THE PROJECT SO FAR
SF Project started because the gear available in Pakistan was
either imported at triple the price or built without any
understanding of the conditions it would be used in. Four years
on, we design, build and test everything here. This is how we
got from there to here.
2022
THE GAP
SF Project starts in Islamabad with one observation: serious
tactical gear in Pakistan was either imported at three times
the price or locally made without regard for how it would hold
up in the field. Neither option served the people actually
carrying it. We set out to build the third option.
2023
FIRST PLATE CARRIER
Our first modular MOLLE plate carrier goes into production after months of field testing on load-bearing points, stitching and hardware. What comes back from testing gets fixed before the run ships. That process becomes how we build everything.
2025
BEYOND CARRIERS
The line expands into optics, Kydex holsters and combat clothing. Phantom Recon, Desert Viper, Night Stalker and Havoc take shape as distinct platforms — MultiCam, Coyote and Black, each built for a different environment in a country that has all of them.
2026
THE NEXT CHAPTER
SF Project (Pvt) Ltd operates nationwide on Cash on Delivery with 3–5 day delivery to any city Leopards reaches. Every design still goes through the same loop: build it, field it, fix what failed, ship it. We're four years in and still building.
